I love all things pancakes.
I had to go to the doctor today for a follow-up since my car accident. Afterwards I landed at my mom's to exchange cars (long story). She asked if I wanted to stay for supper and said they were having pancakes.
Absolutely! I LOVE pancakes. These were fluffy pancakes, different from what we ate as kids growing up. Back then we ate pancakes that were more like crepes. My grandmother's recipe, on my father's side of the family.
